‍ ‍I’m Addison Winslow,

Chico’s Community Advocate and,

Since 2022, District 4 City Council representative

In spite of a by-default unworkable City Council majority backed by mobile home park landlords, our San Jose-based water monopoly, etc.,

I’ve made significant progress on my promises when I first ran for office.

But we’ve got more problems.

  • Chico is growing steadily more unaffordable

  • and the City Council majority is rapidly defunding our infrastructure

I’m proposing an affordability and homelessness prevention program on top of a commitment to lock down consistent funding to invest in Chico’s streets and roads in the long run.

It has been my honor to serve the people of Chico and protect what makes Chico special. I’m asking for your support to continue work as a leader in our city.
