From Promises to Progress

In 2022, I ran for City Council on a simple promise: more housing, less sprawl, and better neighborhoods for everyone. Many of my earliest ideas failed to gain support, but over the past four years those same priorities have shaped some of Chico's most significant housing and neighborhood reforms. This is the story of what changed—and what still lies ahead.
